This last verse in particular spoke to us. Yes, the Lord had delivered me from both malignant melanoma and prostate cancer (the lion and the bear). Now, with God’s help, I would surely defeat this Philistine called “Multiple Myeloma’’ with its loud boasts which was trying to instil fear in my heart. Through many of the battles which followed, I was able to stand on this word of Scripture.”
